Glenn P. Green possesses 20 years of legal experience, and his practice encompasses transactions, litigation, and appeals in several areas of law. Glenn assists individuals and businesses in general business matters, including formation, transactions, mergers and sales, tax-free exchanges, and litigation. He assists brokers, developers, landlords, builders, and contractors in real estate matters, including contracts, planning, zoning, and litigation involving both residential and commercial properties. Glenn possesses extensive experience representing a variety of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, and has served as counsel for unsecured creditor committees. He also assists clients with estate planning and administration, trust and estate litigation, and providing counsel to trustees, executors, personal representatives, and guardians.
Glenn has authored numerous articles on various legal topics, and is frequently invited to speak at lectures and seminars on such topics as business formation and operation, loan documentation and remedies, real estate transactions, real estate brokerage, and creditor rights in bankruptcy cases. Glenn has previously served as an adjunct professor in the Missouri State University Department of Communications and currently serves as a lecturer on business planning and formation at the Missouri State University College of Business Administration
