Michael Miller possesses more than 5 years of legal experience. He has been with Lowther Johnson since 2004 and a member of the firm since 2010. Michael handles a variety of legal matters, including corporate law, civil litigation, real estate, banking and finance, landlord rights, and creditors’ rights. He represents a variety of individuals and businesses throughout Southwest Missouri in their legal matters.
Michael is a past chairman of the Young Lawyer Committee of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar. He also speaks at a variety of events regarding landlord rights and management of rental properties. Outside of his practice, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. His wife is also an attorney and is an assistant prosecutor at the County level. Michael was born and raised in Lamar, Missouri, before deciding to make his home in Springfield after two summer clerkships with Lowther Johnson. He and his family enjoy traveling to as many Mizzou sports events as possible and watching his alma mater.
