Angela Drake featured in Springfield Business Journal article “Strength in Numbers”

Ms. Drake, who has twenty-six years of class action litigation experience, offered her insights on the importance of class action lawsuits and the strength gained by similar plaintiffs in class action lawsuits. As Angela states, class actions bring plaintiffs together and protect defendants from high trial volumes but class actions must be appropriate under the rule and serve the interests of justice for both the plaintiffs and the defendants. Each case must be measured by its own facts and Lowther Johnson is uniquely qualified to assess potential class actions from both the plaintiff and defense perspectives.
