Kyle Harmon is a partner at Lowther Johnson Attorneys at Law, LLC. Kyle’s practice is focused on assisting businesses and individuals in a wide variety of transactions, including business acquisitions, secured lending, real estate purchases and leasing, construction, and corporate and partnership formations. He is also an experienced litigator and represents clients in matters involving real estate, corporate disputes, and collections. Additionally, Kyle represents creditors in bankruptcy court.

Kyle was born and raised in Marionville, Missouri and attended college at Missouri State University, where he graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He then attended law school at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. Kyle graduated in the top ten of his law school class, was accepted into the prestigious Order of the Coif, and received two Rickert Awards, the College of Law’s highest honor.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He loves being outdoors, cooking with his family, taking walks, reading, watching sports, and playing golf.
